I have never written a review on any Location and or Doctors. I must say the Doctors are A++ rated here, but the staff at the front desk are RUDE and unprofessional. If you get through their attitudes and misdemeanors, you will be in good hands on the other end. But I’ve learned over the years you are only as good as your support system, and somehow the Doctors are oblivious to what takes place in the front desk.

Dr Wilkes and Dr Mauney have awesome patient care!!!!! The facility is also very neat and organized as well as staff being very pleasant!!!

Beware!!!!!!! This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They lost my paperwork and never got back to me. After a week of trying to get a first appointment I decided to speak with the office coordinator (patty). Not two minutes pass and I get a call from Ashley telling me they won't take me as a patient and she is sorry. That's how the manager handled it. There was no concern or coaching or anything. I'm not sure how they keep the lights on. And if you want to reach someone hit option two for doctors and nurses because they don't answer the phone for patients.

This is probably one of the worst doctor's offices I have ever been to. The schedule system at their Baptist office is screw up. After waiting for one hour and half to be seen by the doctor I walked away and left. The patient is consider just a number, just like a ticket system. Your time means nothing to them but they will sure charge you $35 if you miss an appointment. No matter how good a doctor is, a patient should never have to wait this long. You need to re-consider how you value your patients and be more thoughtful about their time.

I am a 5 year patient of this practice and the front office is staff is not the best. I have not wanted to leave because didn't want the dreaded hassle of finding a new doctor and transferring records. But I had had enough and finally found a new doctor. I had tried to reach Stephanie for days to request medical records. When she finally called me back, I was told she would check on something and get right back to me. 7 days later I am still waiting for that return phone call and yes I have left messages.

The doctors and staff are caring and interested in the total well being of the patients. I would recommend them to my family and friends without a doubt!!!!!

I have been going to the practice for over 20 years, and the doctors and staff are great. They are professional, caring, and provide quality care to their patients. They have helped my family with obstetrical care by delivering my children and my two nieces; and they continue to provide quality gynecological care to myself and family. They also offer many services such as sonograms, mammography, bladder health testing, hemorrhoid treatments and hormone replacement therapy. All of these services in one place to make it convenient to keep your medical care on track with such a busy life schedule. I recommend this practice for all your gynecological or obstetrical needs, although I haven't needed all their services, it is comforting to know the service is offered, should I need them in the future. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a new doctor in the Jacksonville and surrounding areas.

The service provided is okay, but the front office is incompetent. I just received a collection notice but never received a bill from the doctor's office. I will never go there again.

I have seen all three of them. They are very nice as well as there staff. Terry is awsome very smart and caring. Sam is very sweet. Myrt is very down to earth. Amy can stay calm under stressful situations. Amanda is funny as hell she can make you smile with her crazy faces she makes. Melissa always has a smile on her face.

I don't agree with some of the negative comments! I found the staff,, medical and clerical to be helpful, professional and pleasant. It's obvious they truly care for their patients. :)

Dr Rasner showed me true compassion when adressing my GYN problems. I would trust him with my life. Best doctor I have EVER seen.

I love Elizabeth, the mid-wife at this office. But it is almost not worth going here to see her kwhen you have to deal with such a rude and incompetent office staff. I called to make myself an appoinment and asked about my 15 year old daughter. When does she have to be seen the first time? Should she have a full exam? Should she just do bloodwork?....The lady that answered the phone told me she was putting a nurse on the line who told me she needed to be seen. But Elizabeth disagreed and only talked to Kaylee at the end of my appt. Fast forward a year later, I called to make her another appt. due to severe cramps and they told me her acct had been sent to collections for a $59.00 balance that I had never even been notified of. I haven't recieved one thing from them or the collection agency. It took several calls to the office to get a response at first. Because of time constraints I will take my daughter this time, but I will look for another office for all of our future needs. It's a shame that I have been seeing Elizabeth for 18 years and now because of what they consider to be an office staff she loses yet another patient.

I love Dr. Brock, but the office staff here is and always has been uncaring, rude, inefficient and obnoxious to deal with. I don't think that over an hour and a half wait time after the scheduled appointment is reasonable. I also don't think that 8 minutes on hold to schedule an appointment is reasonable. They don't even seem to care that you might have a life outside of waiting for their doctors.
