San Marco Club

My husband and I have lived in the Lofts for almost a year and a half - and if we weren't moving out of state we certainly would have stayed. Apart from the beautiful historic qualities of the building (high ceilings, huge windows with lots of natural light, original floors), we've found Cesery Companies a great property manager. Any maintenance requests were dealt with very promptly, and questions were answered in a timely manner. Our apartment, a one bedroom, is very quiet and spacious. We also love being able to walk to the restaurants and bars nearby. When we first moved to Jacksvonille we lived in a generic apartment complex in Southside - but I wish we had found the Lofts early on. The San Marco neighborhood has so much more character than elsewhere in Jacksonville.

Can't stand it here. Do not be fooled by the historic charm. Management needs to hire a new leasing agent. The current one is rude and passive aggressive. She makes comments about you under her breath. My blood boils every time I think about being stuck here until my lease is over. I am a miserable resident. Learn from my mistake and do not live here. Not to mention that the walls are paper thin, my floors are sloped about two inches and there is no adequate storage/closet space.
