Gate Parkway location is terrible with scheduling..appt was at 12:20 had to wait in waiting room for over an hour before I was called back for my procedure..The staff and technicians were super friendly..but you have to be mindful of people's time..

this place doesn't deserve any stars. the day of my appointment I was informed as I signed in that the c.t.machine was being worked on. they couldn't give me a time frame as to when the machine would be repaired. I was told I could come back later that day. I asked the person at the desk why she couldn't have called to let a client know about the delay. didn't receive an answer. I walked out.

The MOST incompetent staff I have encountered at ANY testing facility! Misplaced appointments, incorrect information, hours of unneeded worry and unresponsive management. Still waiting for a return phone call or email to my inquiry over a week ago. DON'T go there!!!! There are many places in Jacksonville to have these tests done.

Went there for a procedure today and the ultrasound technician was incredibly condescending, making me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about, and did not believe me when I told her what areas I was having pain in that she needed to check. Her bedside manner was extremely disrespectful. She said she couldn't just check something because I said so. Actually, that's why you go to the doctor. You tell them the problem area, they check it out. She had treated me once before and I had felt she was nasty the last time, but shrugged it off as her possibly having a bad day. I was disappointed to find that this was her real personality, since I was treated to a repeat performance of her bad attitude. When they wanted me to do an extra, possibly unneccessary test, I asked to speak to the doctor who reviewed my films. She refused. You do not ask me to do an expensive test without speaking to the doctor first! While I have plenty of bad things to say about the technician, I will say that the other staff was not terrible. They have always been efficient. It's the technician that needs an attitude adjustment. Maybe she shouldn't be working with people, because she clearly does not have the ability to be compassionate with patients who are already scared about what their test results could mean for them. Never returning to this office again.
