        Palm Avenue Exceptional Student Center run by Duval County Public Schools provides students with educational, enrichment, and real life opportunities. Located in Jacksonville, Fla., the school is a part of the continuum of services for students enrolled in exceptional student education and seeking a special diploma. Its curriculum includes adaptive physical education to work on increasing the health and stamina of the students. The center has a library that facilitates in enhancing education traits and in research projects for black history and other multicultural projects. Palm Avenue Exceptional Student Center has wood shop that teaches a variety of tasks for improving the motor and eye hand coordination skills and prevocational skills of the students.
