Nova Jays Cleaning Service

I have been trying to schedule and appointment for weeks and the phone service has been disconnected. I finally got through today and was told there were no openings until June. I had a Living Social Voucher that expires 4/26. The young lady I spoke with told me I should have made the appointment months ago if using a voucher. So, I thanked her and hung up. She called back yelling at me for hanging up on her. I calmly explained that since she was unable to honor the voucher before it expired, there was nothing left to say, so I said "thank you," and hung up. She then told me to get a refund and stated that she preferred to work with black people because "you white people are ignorant." And then she hung up. Had that phone call been reversed I would have been labeled a racist.
