DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I bought a car from them on 2/11/16.The salesman"Hot Rod"called me a week later saying I owed him 200$ for my tags but on my buyers order it said C.O.D. A week after that he called and said I owe another 200$ because he put 200$ in the wrong spot on my buyers order.So now I owe 400$ or I want get my tags. I had to talk to Navy legal and file a complaint with the DMV! My tags ended up being 122$ not 200$! I went to pick them up and the manager Jeff was very rude and disrespectful,it wasn't my fault that him and his employee can't read and fill out a proper buyers order.A buyers order that was signed by all three of us!! I didn't get my tags until 3/7/2016, they held them for 5 extra days.They also owe me an item for the car that is on the"WE OWE"agreement paper, that we again all signed."Hot Rod"told me to take it out of the 200$ I owe them.A SIGNED CONTRACT MEANS NOTHING TO THEM! THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR BUSSINESS!!

All of these reviews are obviously personal friends or paid. Do not and I repeat DO NOT trust this company/Chad. THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER.



I honestly don't know how this low life male can sleep at night. I am a hard working individual with a fairly decent credit score. I had my apprehensions about this "company" (obviously for good reason), but I thought surely with his military background he spoke of, etc. that he was a standup person.



Network Auto Sales and Chad, unfortunately, are as dishonest as it gets. We purchased a truck from them with $1,000 cash down, so a total of OVER $11,000. I don't expect an early 2000 model to be in perfect condition; HOWEVER, it should be mechanically sound. It wasn't an hour after I drove the truck off the lot that the rear end started making noise. Yes, we test drove and had a mechanic friend inspect it. I wouldn't be surprised if they put an additive just to keep it quiet in the interim of a sale.



Upon informing this so-called "dealership" about the problem, he belittled us and our intelligence, attempting to play the we are uneducated card to save himself.



I really hoped they would do the right thing and fix the issue. Instead, they mickey-moused it together, AFTER 3 DAYS OF NOT HAVING THE VEHICLE AFTER PURCHASING IT.



I had my reservations when I visited their lot and staff. I work hard for my money and thought Chad and Network Auto Sales would not do people wrong, but they do.



After 3 days of having the truck it's still not fixed. As mentioned previously, I don't expect perfection from a used vehicle; however, when you pay over $11,000 and have a major mechanical issue within an hour of driving off the lot, that should be something an honest business would rectify.



DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE, YOU'RE BETTER OFF AT A LARGE DEALERSHIP.



Of course, they don't have accreditation with the BBB, which I didn't expect. Come to find out they have several unrectified complaints.



They thrive over the fact that Florida does not have a used car Lemon Law. BEWARE!
