Broke off the oil filler cap on my vehicle (it's a push-down-and-turn, like a medicine bottle; they clearly just wrenched it off, tool marks were obvious). Refused to replace it, claiming it just broke spontaneously. Wanted me to pay them to order one from another state, and wait a week for it to come in. I bought a new one at an auto parts store the same day, for half of what they wanted to charge me for the privilege of having them break it. They took no responsibility, and offered nothing to make it right. AVOID.

7/12/14- took vehicle in for alignment service and a tire,vehicle had no other problems.after the alignment they took it for a test drive andcame back and said that the rack & pinion had broken when he did a u-turn.manager was rude,wanted me to pay for it, charged me RETAIL for the parts,accused me of scamming his company when I wanted him to pay for it.I would avoid this place!,he would hang up on me when I called to discuss the issue.Goodyear advised him to pay for the whole thing, he refused to.this place will rip you off.

8000 MILES LATER- vehicle started pouring power steering fluid out of the rack & pinion seal under the boots. Took it in for warranty repair 24k miles/24 month guarantee, and they said that water caused the seals to leak and refused to repair it under warranty. Since they are the ony facility to service the rack & pinion, there is no way that water got into the system to cause this damage UNLESS it was malicious act by them because I had to force them to repair the system last year because they broke it. This place is a flat SCAM that should be investigated by authorities. AVOID IT!
