Mr. Thomas was referred by my home warranty on two separate occasions. The first was to fix my fridge which was either not cooling enough or freezing. He was prompt, professional and had us back to normal in no time. The most recent was when my dryer was overheating. He assessed the situation and advised the warranty company that there were multiple issues. The warranty company decided that a new dryer was needed and Mr. Thomas came to my house to install the next morning after delivery. He even went out of his way to haul off the broken old dryer when he didn’t have to as it wasn’t covered by the company.
I would highly recommend LWT Appliance Repair and have told my neighbors about his great service.

We were referred to LWT through our home warranty company after our stove/range broke. A repair man came out, took the range apart, and attempted to fix the issue over a series of three additional visits. Parts were ordered that weren't correct, the replacement burner still didn't work (now it wouldn't shut off), and eventually my home warranty company had to order the correct parts themselves and ask LWT to come back out to finish the repair. LSWT came out, installed the new parts, and the stove still does not work as it should.



In addition, the repair man left my house the final time without allowing me to check what he had done. He was just out the door yelling 'goodbye' to me. Had he stayed, I would've shown him that the stove was still not operating as intended.



Now, my home warranty company has decided to transfer the work order to a new repair company. I would not recommend LWT Appliance Repair & Services.
