        Overall

        I have had the best experience working out at FT in mandarin. I am part of the pack training (small group of 4 or less). I have had very quick results with lots of hard work and motivation driven by the professional and extremely knowledgeable trainers. I see definition in places I've NEVER seen before! I am the healthiest and most in shape I have EVER been.

        This is THE BEST! You can eit...

        This is THE BEST! You can either do 1:1 or small group sessions (2-4 people). Trainers keep you motivated and encouraged. I never have to think about what I need to do -- I just show up and do the workout they have designed for me. Having the "appointment" keeps me accountable.
