Fit Life Mission Statement Fit Life is a private personal training studio and gym owned by physicians. Fit Life offers a welcoming atmosphere and over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. We offer our clientele numerous opportunities for training from One-on-One Personal Training, Custom Nutrition Program, Group Training, Variety of Fitness Classes and Assisted Fitness Programs to a Basic Monthly Gym Membership. Our corporate packages based on the needs of the company. We feel that a healthy employee is a happy more productive employee. In addition, it provides the company savings on health care coverage, sick leave and other various expenses that may be incurred do to an unhealthy employee. Our services are unique compared to most other facilities. At Fit Life we do not believe in the “cookie cutter programs”. We feel that no one is alike therefore each person needs to have their nutrition plan and training program individualized to meet their goals for a healthy lifestyle. It is most important for the clientele to be educated, gain necessary knowledge and all factors to maintain their health and fitness needs. With our nutrition programs we take a trip to the grocery store going isle by isle teaching what to look for and how to make better choices. Helping others to achieve their personal fitness goals, to make true lifestyle changes, and to better their health and well-being is truly gratifying and rewarding!
