Overall

I have always received outstanding service at coggin chevrolet at the avenues past 8 years until they recently changed service Dept managers.

The new service manager has not returned telephone calls after 3 voicemails and 2 handwritten messages from my service advisor.

Finally received a call this morning after I made contact with the general manager of the dealership.

Upon speaking with Eddie this morning he pushed responsibility of on everyone but himself.

Thse issue was simply a warranty claim, but rather than offer any resolve Eddie simply pushed the responsibility.

Every other service manager that i have worked with at Coggin has been extremely helpful in all service matters related to warranty or self pay issues.

Even the simple services such as an oil change and tire rotation service now seem to take 3 to 4 times longer than they did under previous management.

DISRESPECTFUL TO WOMEN. i have been getting my car serviced for a year now at this dealership. They are always rude and uncourteous to women i.e MY WIFE. they are under new management but what they need is new EMPLOYEES. Taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Worst car dealership I've ever...

Worst car dealership I've ever been to. My wife, and I purchased a used car from them. The back part of front seat was falling off, and keyless entry would not work. They said to bring it in, and they would take care of it. They ordered the wrong seat twice, and still haven't been able to fix keyless entry. It has been 10 months since we bought it. Car started to shut down while driving. When we called service they said it sounded like VCm, but they wouldn't be able to get to it for awhile. So we took it somewhere else, was there for two months, and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. We called Dwayne the manager there, and he told us to bring the car in, and he would find us something close to what we were paying. So he tries to sell me two way more expensive vehicles, and as I'm leaving magically finds one close to what I was paying. Never once did he say he was sorry for all the problems we had been having with sales or service. Just wanted to sell another car. When I asked him why he puts cars out there for sale that are in bad condition. He said "because some people are dumb enough to buy them" unbelievable! Do not purchase a car from this dealership!

I think that before you give someone a vehicle you should make sure everything has cleared across the board. I have had a vehicle from this company which was purchased in the month of September this is about to be nov. and before the late 5 days of the companys closing of all loans they asked me to bring back the vichle it was not approved. Can anybody image riding around in a new vehicle and someone calling you back 30 days later and says bring back the truck you need a co signer. After 30 days! Don't get me wrong the company has some people in there that are very nice as salesman but things could have been done differently on the financial aspect. I think this was a waste of time and energy. I would not recommend this company to anybody when it comes to the financial department because they need somemore training. Anybody can make a deal just as well as anybody can buy a car. Salesman don't know how much it take to make a deal work with a bank but finance people do so, if you would like to see a customer happy why stakes up so high.
