Charles M. Dempsey, MD is the Medical Director of Bartram Crossing Skilled Nursing Facility. He joined the Brooks Medical Group in March 2015, moving to Jacksonville from Spring Hill, FL. Dr. Dempsey is a doctor of physical medicine and rehabilitation. He began his studies with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from San Diego State University, and continued with a Doctor of Medicine from South Carolina School of Medicine. He interned at Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina and did his residency at University of Texas Health Science Center.
