Overall

Awful time management!

These guys are really bad at time management. I gave them multiple chances to get better at it, but today they toped it off making us wait 50 minutes after our appointment time, while we were on time to begin with. Who makes a toddler wait so long in the waiting room, with absolutely no toys at all? A pediatrician office should know better...
