Bella Limo LLC

After our wedding, we headed to our reception excited to see everyone! Unfortunately, the limo broke down and stranded us for almost an hour while a spare limo was retrieved, delaying our arrival. We waited on the sidewalk of downtown Jacksonville in the August heat (almost an HOUR!) while dealing with a rude driver, and an owner (Sam) who didn't see the limo breaking down as a problem because its just part of the business and its not on him to be responsible for his limo business when problems happen. The service was to get from point "A" to point "B" at a specific time and Sam failed to deliver. He gave us nothing but excuses and never offered to make any effort to provide compensation for failing to uphold his part of the contract. Do yourself a favor and ask if you want to ride in a limo that isn't reliable, knowing that if something happens, it will be handled poorly. Do your research and see what others have posted recently about this company and avoid the headache of dealing with an unreliable company on your big event! Good luck in your search!

SHOULD HAVE NEGATIVE RATING...All I can say is NOT REPUTABLE...Owner wont answer calls, will charge you extra, is rude...etc..etc...give this company a wide berth when looking for a ride anywhere.

I had the worst experience with this company today! My job is having a contest that involves obtaining a limo ride so I am calling to get price quotes for different companies. The first four times I call they picked up and hung up on me. The next time this guy answers screaming at me. I called back again... yes I did. The guy answers, I politely tell him why I am calling and asked for my price quote. Because I was calling from my work phone the caller id shows up a 1800# so the guy uses profanity, calls me a liar, says that's not why I am calling. CRAZINESS!!! I will never use their service not recommend them to anyone for that matter. How unprofessional? I could believe he still thought I had alternate motives after I told him I was calling about a limo ride. At the end I was trying to get off of the phone and he was going on and on about how that is not why I was calling... then he HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN.

Stay Away! We were totally ripped off. We only received part of the service we paid for. Despite several confirmations on our airport pickup time, we were stranded at the airport. After 22 hours of travel AND pre paying we were most upset.. Sam the owner told us to walk across the street and take a cab... He was having a fight with his wife and couldn't be bothered to pick us up. We were never reimbursed. Do thrust this man or this company. BEWARE

I came to Jacksonville to visit, as I have now moved to Los Angeles. A friend got us this Limo service for the night and I can not rave enough about how exceptional the service was. The limo was beautiful, with the neon lights glowing as we strolled through the city, it came equipped with coolers (already filled with ice), beverages and glasses to enhance the fun! The Limo driver, Mr. Sam himself (who owns the service) was phenomenal! He was prompt, he knew exactly where to go, he didn't complain that we were too loud, too crazy or too obnoxious (which I'm sure he thought a couple of times =)), he took us where we wanted to go, when we wanted to go... and he did it with a smile!



It truly was a night to remember! If you're looking for a great limo experience, I would recommend Bella Limo 100%!!

We had the best time with Bella Limo. They were prompt, courteous, professional....all the things we wanted in a limo service. The driver was so knowledgeable about restaurants and places to go. The car is absolutely gorgeous! We plan to use Bella anytime we need a limousine.
