They open very late usually around noon. Their warranties are 30 days but two times their appliances stopped working or was missing parts within thirty days. On two other times the appliances broke down within a year. The delivery is an issue because you have to call the main dispatcher that will then call the delivery person. Several times a delivery was set up but then not delivered until days afterward. On another time, the dispatcher refused to repair a broken appliance or deliver the appliance to the proper location.

Someone was kind enough to gift us a refrigerator bought from Carver's. However the refrigerator and freezer gave us continuous issues for 4 weeks straight. I wasn't sure where the generous gift came from so I contacted the giver. She informed me of it and sent the receipt of purchase along with a warranty that was 8 days past due. They gave her a verbal extended warranty, since it was bought and delivered prior to closing on our new home but did not record it. I contacted the shop and didn't receive a service call back, voicemail was full after I called the second time. Third time I left a message and got a call back. I spoke with the manager and he informed me we were way past our warranty (again 8 days from her original purchase date, but still 29 days from the time of use). I even offered to trade it and buy something for more money and they refused to waiver. The giver contacted the person who sold the item to her and talked with the staff and they refused to be helpful in anyway.

I recently purchased a KitchenAid wall Oven/Microwave combination from Carver's. It is in great shape, everything works perfectly and it came with a 30 day warranty. I won't be needing to use the warranty, but was very assuring to have, since the appliance was used. My loves her new KitchenAid!

Needed in-home repair to a dryer. Called this business with no answer. Left message. No return call. Trying to support neighborhood business, I physically went to business to make an appointment for the next day. The less than enthusiastic young man wanted to charge me $70.00 on the on the spot BEFORE he would respond to the service call. This business must be doing very well in order to afford to do business this way. Keep moving. Nothing to see here.
