Animal Care At Twin Lakes Center

They do their jobs well but this place is a rip-off. They overcharge for EVERYTHING and push tests and procedures they aren't necessary. I took my 2 dogs for their annual (which they get every year so they weren't behind on immunizations and they needed no special tests performed) and the bill was OVER $800. When I asked for my dog's records (b/c I am going to a nicer and less expensive vet) they wanted to charge me for the records. I'm sorry, but I have given you enough of my money already. Go somewhere else, your pocketbook will thank you for it.

The Doctors and staff of Animal Care @ Twin Lakes Center are excptional! The hospital is spotless and smells nice and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the environment is relaxed and efficient. We have brought our pets there for many visits and have always found Dr. Flood to be extremely insightful and sincere. My pets were always handled with gentlness and dignity and everyone around there is soooo NICE! I have no resrevations recommending them to my friends, family and neighbors--- in fact, I HAVE!
