He is honest, established, and goes above and beyond to give your merchandise back to you in better shape than when it was when you thought it was working fine. He explains everything he is going to do before he fixes it.; His rates don't change. He even calls to give you updates and always gets your authorization before he proceeds with repair. The computer upgrade I received at Alpha Computer of Jax today, was of five star plus quality with the best part of it all being the low prices they charge. The service manager was very polite and honest and even walked me through the entire process from start to finish.
