        This dealership is notoriously known throughout the community for selling brand new lemon vehicles to customers. I have a relative that sued Acura/Honda and this particular dealership. He won a settlement and continued to go for service. On one particular visit there was some animosity towards him for doing so and he eventually ended up arrested for "trespassing". Jack Hanania has also had his own employee and finance manager arrested too. If you really need an Acura, I suggest going to Duval.

        Khalil Mercado was very courteous, prompt, and professional. Having just relocated from Memphis where the Acura service is impeccable I was impressed with him and the manner in which he dealt with myself and my husband. We will definitely be back.

        Khalil mercado was very helpful and took great care of us. They set us up with loaner while our car got serviced and answered all our questions thoroughly. We take both out acuras to this location for a reason. Customer service and tech service is excellent.

        Always great service.... I will not take my car any where else. The prices are also normal (not outrageous at all). Single parent so every penny counts.

        Stacey Wilson assisted me on my recent visit and she went above and beyond to provide great customer service.

        I highly recommend this dealership for service.
