We interview the prospective client and tour the household that needs to be downsized. At this meeting, we evaluate the estate and recommend a plan to downsize. Then, we give a proposal for the price. After little negotiations sales dates are set. A+ Estate Sales will conduct all identification, appraisal and pricing of items offered for sale. All expenses associated with materials, equipment and staff necessary for removing sold items off the premises and clean up will be paid by A+ Estate Sales. Some customers may prefer not to conduct a sale at their place. If that is the case, A+ Estate Sales will buy everything on the spot. We will write you a check and pick up all the items within two days. It’s that easy - no worries, no wait, no trouble.
