It was soooooo cold last night when I got home after midnight. My friend dropped me off. I went to get my house keys and they are no where to be found. I was hoping that since I didn't drive, I just forgot them. Called my friend to come back because I wasn't sure what to do. We called directory assistance - this was the company I was connected to. I was worried because it was so late and on the weekend. They said no problem, we are 24/7. Then I worried about the cost for late night and weekend. No problem, same cost 24/7. They said it would be about 30 mintues. Again, I worried that it would be longer. Again, no problem. The tech was actually there in about 20 mintues and had my door opened in 5 minutes. He even waited to make sure my keys were actually in my house which they were. Thank you. Thank you.

Can you believe I’ve actually been called “Keyless Kathy”. That’s how often I’ve lost my keys or locked myself out. I really think this is a true sickness. Anyway, once again I’m out shopping and locked my keys in the car. I’ve used several different locksmiths (you’d think I’d keep a business card), but of course didn’t. Found these guys first and the pleasant dispatcher told me she’d have someone out to me in about 20 minutes. Since I’ve been through this before, I fully expected to wait a good hour or so. So I got a coffee and sat down to wait. About 5 minutes after I sat down the van pulled up. The van was a fully loaded “mini” shop on wheels. They even take credit card payments. Fast, friendly service. I did get this guy’s business card (actually a couple), so I could stash them in several places. I even programmed the number in my phone. I’m sure I’ll be seeing them again.

Great service, Great Price. About as fast as they come. 20 minutes to arrive, 10 minutes later I was in my house. Thank you.

I called this locksmith to come and rekey my home, they was at my house in less than 15 minutes and had it rekeyed in less than 30. That's what I call customer service

I was out on a date last friday night and I jumped out the truck with my keys still in the ignition . I googled locksmith on my cell phone and got this company , I'm so glad I did because they were out there in 20 min and kept me from looking like an even bigger idiot than I already did! It was in expensive and I was able to carry on with the rest of my date instead of breaking out a window and a bunch of other bull s*&^ I appreciate you guys and I know who to call if it ever happens again (knock on wood)

How dumb me locked the car with keys inside. I went into the store and asked for a phone book and this name came up first so I called. They came and unlocked the car in less than 30 minutes. I made me a business card to keep with me at all times.

I AM NOT A BIG FAN OF MEN COMING TO MY HOUSE BUT THE LADY ON THE PHONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THE TECHNICIANS NAME AND FAXED ME INSURANCE BONDING AND EVERYTHING I NEEDED FOR THE COMPANY. SUPER WORK I WILL USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN

I KEPT CALLING TO RESCHEDULE AND THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME. THEY NEVER GOT ILL WITH ME AND WHEN I DID KEEP MY APPIONTMENT THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS DONE BEFORE I KNEW IT. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO PATIENT WITH ME.

I called these people and they was quick,friendly and reliable. I will and have recomened these guys to everyone I know.

I locked my keys in the car at the gas pump and they came out to unlock it in less than 30 minutes all together. The technician was up front about the cost and very nice.

Some how the key for my car just stopped working and I called to have it replaced and when the technician got here he told me I did not have to replace my keys instead he could reporogram my key. That saved me alot of money.

I AM NOT SURE HOW IT HAPPENED BUT I LOCKED MY DOG IN THE CAR. UNLESS, MY DOG IS REALLY SMART AND LOCKED THE DOORS ON PURPOSE. ANYWAY, I GOOGLED LOCKSMTIHS AND THESE GUYS POPPED UP AND THEY HAD GREAT REVIEWS AND THE RESPONSE TIME WAS GOOD. THEY REALLY LIVED UP TO THEIR WORD AND GOT THERE WITHIN 10 MINUTES. I WAS ON MY WAY IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES.

My son lost his keys at the beach, I think someone stole them. Anyway, I looked in the yellow pages online to find a locksmith to make another key and to rekey our home and found these guys. They have the best reviews. They made him another key and then came to the house and rekeyed the house before taking payment. That was trust!

I went shopping at the mall and lost my keys. I looked up locksmiths and this company came up so I called them and got a quote. Then I called "I won't say the name" another company and they made me a key for $65. and I thought that was cheap. I did not realize until this "other" company left why it was so cheap the key opened my doors but would not start my car. So, I called these guys back and they came out and made me a key that started my car and proved it before they left. I can't believe anyone would use thoes "other" people. THANK GOODNESS YOU GUYS KNEW WHAT YOU WAS DOING!

I had the doors rekeyed and a week later one of my locks just stopped working. I called them back out to fix it and they replaced the lock. Keep up the good work!

I called to have the locks changed on a rental house I have and they sent someone right out. They was done in a matter of minutes and I got to choose my locks. That is what I call going the extra mile.
