Ortho Rehab & Specialty Center/Farrer Physical Therapy

I had a referral from my doctor to visit this location. The first day I called to verify the insurance information, I was told that I was covered 100%. The first day I viewed a computer screen stating everything was paid and I had no out of pocket.I went to the location for about 2 weeks and then I received a bill. I was told it was not the company or the person that told me this incorrect information. Warning DO NOT VISIT this location.
