This is the absolute worst daycare in Arkansas.
The director is money hungry and VERY rude
This daycare has a high turn over rate because she treats the staff horribly. There are numerous DHS cases with this facility and numerous complaints that manly complain about the same things. Unorganized , rude staff , nasty facility , there’s is no structure for education for the kids. This facility is so unprofessional that they cannot keep the same therapy company. They have switched numerous therapy providers because no one wants to work with this day care !!! Mrs James the director is money hungry and very rude. Please if you love your kids you will not send them here. I’m only complaining so another parent doesn’t make a mistake that could cost your child’s life.

I would say overall it’s a good daycare but I think that they need to have more teachers that are professional and there to focus on kids early learning instead of being there for a check the kids have someone different every day as a teacher the workers children go there and in the same room with them and other kids are crying and they hold their own I think that that is just not fair to the other children they are there for the same affection that there giving their own child.

Great center my kids love it there. They staff is great and genuinely care about the children. They always have time to stop and ask how was my day or answer any questions I have. I love Kid to Kid! Keep up the good work

Here is my full review. I am a very picky mama for my baby and searched through alot of different daycares before finally finding the right one...This is one of the daycares that I had viewed on my quest to finding a good place to feel comfortable for my baby.



I gave this daycare 3 stars (which i feel is a very generous rating) for several reasons:

- There was not an adequate or well developed or designed outside area. The children had no place to go for shade on harsh sunny days and many times my child would come home very pink and red in the face begging for water. This I feel is a concern that cannot be fixed overnight.

- The teachers, while although many were very helpful and nice people, seemed to lack the professionalism and child care development skills that I feel a proper daycare should have. Never were they outright rude or abrasive, but they did seem a bit, young and undereducated for their positions. (this is not a slam to them or the organization as a person with no affiliation to this daycare..just my honest opinion.)



In reference to the actual daycare itself...



-It did seem a little outdated....well, very outdated. The books were all very warn down and there were few and far in between. The inside of the building had a sort of "dark and dingy" look about it that, no matter how much or hard they tried to clean, seemed as if the placed had that "dirty" look about it. The daycare did have a sort of "dingy" smell that they tried to conceal with pinesol, but i just didn't think it met the bar.



As far as the director & staff (besides mentioned above):



- The director is very helpful and nice. She stays professional at ALL times and seems to have a lot of knowledge and care about the children in her daycare. She has a very homely feel about her, and goes out of her way and above and beyond for you and your child. I think her daycare would be 5 stars just with her potential for a great daycare, just have a few hiccups, and some issues that were not fixable enough for my child.



I would recommend this daycare to someone desperately needing a place for their child to receive care. I wouldn't however HIGHLY recommend to anyone I know. I believe in quality especially with children, and just didn't feel that this daycare was "it".

Horrible service, owner is only after as much money as she can make and no longer cares for the kids or her workers. That's why she cannot keep good workers for long.
