Golden Crown Chinese Restaurant

Lost my business!  Usually pick up my food, but today had it delivered.  Gave a $2.00 tip for delivery on top of the $1.00 delivery charge.  The delivery guy fanned through the money and then proceeded to reprimand me that $2.00 was not enough and I should give him $2.50 to $3.00.  I couldn't believe my ears!!  My husband was standing with me and reached in wallet and we gave him an add'l $2.00 (just because we couldn't believe the nerve of this guy!).  As he walked away from my door, I told him he was out of line.  I asked if he was a member of the family who owned the business in which he replied, "I'm the owner".  I got on the phone and called Golden Crown and as I suspected, he is not the owner.  I asked to speak to the owner, but was told he wasn't there.  VERY BAD BUSINESS WHEN YOU HAVE SOMEONE WORKING FOR YOU THAT CHALLENGES THE CUSTOMER ON THE TIP AMOUNT.  ALSO, MISREPRESENTS HIMSELF AS THE OWNER.  SHAME ON HIM!!!! Will never order from them again.
