Where do I begin.. I had been a client of Danielle Victoria since the opening of their salon in Jackson.
The stylists at that time where professional and excellent in their craft. Unfortunately, it became apparent that many of the original styles were no longer working for the salon. Even though the change in stylist I thought I give the new stylist a chance to color my hair.
Well here is where my nightmare began. The stylist needed to lighten my hair (naturally brunette...going gray) as I had decided to embrace my silver locks. The stylist had me sit under the dryer to speed up the process. As the days past I noticed that my hair was starting to break a bit (thinking that a few hairs would fall because of the process) so I didn't make a big deal out of it. 8 days later all the hair in the nape (which was the healthiest part of my hair) started to break off in chunks till I lost all my hair in this area COMPLETELY.
I called the salon and spoke to the owner and informed her of what was going on and she response verbatim "What do you want us to do? It has been 8 days since service and you call now? The best we can do is give you a treatment." I could NOT BELIEVE what I had just heard.
I will never step foot in this salon AT ALL.
Danielle Victoria your custome service is the most inferior service that I have ever experience. WARNING.....

Did not listen to what I wanted. Seems like she only knows how to do one style of haircut. The stylist the used to be there is gone and I was not happy with my haircut last week. I will need to find another salon.

Great new salon in Jackson my daughter got her hair and makeup done for prom . Victoria did her hair . She did a wonderful job and listened to what my daughter wanted . Then Danielle did a great job on her makeup . They did a awesome job and I will be going back . It's the first time my daughter left a salon for an event and loved everything . Thank you so much Danielle and Victoria !
