        This shop does not care about your car. They will drive up the bill in any way possible. They should be ashamed to treat the people in their own back yard that way. Steer clear of this low quality shop.

        The owner is not a well man he cannot comprehend when you are speaking to him. He goes completely off topic.very sad to see He should retire and stop pretending he can still repair cars. This was a good shop a long time ago. Good for oil changes but Not much more.

        Very poor service. Brought car back 3 times with no resolution. Finally took car to the dealer and pay again to have repair done properly. Brought all paper work to Bryant and got no response. Car still needs repairs to be redone as Bryant did not do proper repair. This was at one time a good shop. Now it is just another chop shop. Stay away.

        Terrible customer service. They hold them selves out as a family owned and operated business, which usually implies a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. My experience with them was the complete opposite. I cannot fathom how they are still in business by treating customers with such disrespect.

        They have extremely poor and rude customer service. I called for a simple service quote but rather than explain their service, the unqualified service representative choose to hang up the phone. Avoid at all costs.
