Dr. David Lee Halsey, MD

The doctor does not take responsibility for anything he does or says. He had written a script, but never put the dose, and said it wasn't his problem when asked to write it. He gave me time off from work but refused to give me a slip to return, saying he never gave me time off, somebody else must have. I would never tell anybody to go to him, not even my worst enemy. Stay away from him if at all possible.
