Koppel Nissan is the best car dealership in NYC. I brought my first car there in 2008 and went back last week and leased my second car. Robert, Joe, Pablo and all the guys were great. Customer service is excellent. They are so friendly that they made me right at home. They were helpful without being pushy and really listened to my concerns. They offered great advice without me asking which made my decision so much easier. I am forever a Koppel Nissan customer. They are the best and I recommend and encourage anyone thinking of buying or leasing a car to visit them. Ask for Robert....he's great!...Thanks guys.

Use models at Koeppel Nissan dominated the list of competitors. They were specific with the car detail,options, and its reliability, but it was its full customer service that sold. A co-worker had recommended koeppel nissan after she and her daughter had also purchase two cars after receiving excellent product and service. I consulted her i remembered she didn't have a problem financing and the requirements for the purchase was clear and tact. I decided to go for a used car which would fit my present job as a sales consultant, which means i'm constantly on the road. I was impressed because there was full access to the status of the car. Each car had a windows sticker with the prices listed and the carfax was also available instantly. Also each car had been inspected and had passed through service these cars were value as new. I went in to meet with him at the dealership on a very busy President's day and he was extremely patient and helpful. I had a lot of questions about financing and he answered all that he could and brought his manager, Ramiro Taveras, into the conversion when we got down to the final figures. Ramiro answered everything thoroughly and never pressured me to make a decision one way or another. Very refreshing!! I had a wonderful time at the dealership in jackson heights. The staff was helpful, the cars were quality, and the layout of the showroom was clean and mostly clutter-free. One staff member was particularly helpful, Lady Jimenez. She showed me the cars with expertise and didnt even seem like she was selling to me. Came here looking for a affordable Nissan Versa for my relative. I am glad I was served by Leidy. In all of my conversations with her, she gave quick responses (email replies are usually the same day or the following day). I haven't encountered any hassles or tricks and all replies are clear, short, and to the point. It is unfortunate that my relative decided to save up a little more for a different car after all the work Leidy had done for us.
