My process begins with a no-obligation, free of charge consultation either in-person or over the phone. From there, I will hold your wedding date for 7 days before you decide to commit and sign the contract.         I officiate weddings all over California. I come to the location you and your partner have chosen. All ceremonies within Tulare County are free of travel fees. Any travel outside of the County or to National Parks will be charged at .54 cents per mile rat

        Jessica did the centerpieces for our son's baptism. They turned out so pretty. She showed me samples before completing them all. She let me tell her what I wanted and then gave me a price. She was very affordable and really nice and did really good with the short 2 weeks I gave her to make 24 centerpieces.
