Had my car towed to Excel. Even when they couldn't get to it immediately they called several times to update me on the status. They did a great job repairing the vehicle quickly, seemed interested in getting me back on the road and the pricing was extremely fair.

Overall, I had a great experience with my car's CV axel installation, oil change & tire rotation. Would I go back? You bet!

We have had our vehicles serviced by Excel Automotive since approximately 2002 and the experience has been consistently positive, honest and reasonable. It is nice that a mechanic can be trusted during normal times and also when many businesses 'find' things that don't need to be done to make an extra dollar. They did a good job and didn't try to sell me other services needlessly. Generally: Excel has a nice, low-key manager. I gladly recommend them. They have a good location and picturesque, comfortable waiting room. Two thumbs up overall.
