Vincenzo's Restaurant

This restaurant was horrible. The decor was boring they had giant menus on the wall.Was it a cafeteria or a restaurant. The food was horrible! I ordered the Rigatoni with Meatballs & Sausage the sauce tasted like soap the meatballs had no taste the sausage had a horrible taste. When the waiter came by I told him I did not enjoy the meal he said do you want me to tell my boss I said no don't make a big deal he said are you sure I said yes dont make a big deal. So we decided to to get dessert the Tri-Color Cake that was not bad when he left the check not only was the entree on there he didnt even comp the one slice of cake. I was very upset you try not to make a scene and you get stuck paying $16.00 for 1 bite of sausage, 1 bite of meatball,& 6 noodles .You would have expected as a courtesy the cake to be comped. NEVER AGAIN They need to train their wait staff properly just because people are being polite doesnt mean they should take their dissatisfaction lightly. I will make sure to tell everyone I know NEVER TO DINE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
