United States Postal Service

This post office gets one star because it's required. I've had a package sit her for 10 days! Not one of the staff is competent. They are rude and unprofessional. They arrive at their stations 10-15 minutes after the doors open for business, drop their belongings then proceed to clear up any mess they left the night because they left 20 min earlier then closing. They appear tired, unresponsive and unknowledgeable, they are never sure of delivery schedules, the can't tell you the most efficient ways to ship or mail items. There are never any supplies in the lobby, so you have to get them from the staff who then, huffs and puffs literally, then you have to get out of the 20 minute line and wait again, there is 20ppl waiting in the que one teller for pickup and one for other services. The supervisor is usually out on an errand, so they can't request additional tellers.

Can someone explain how a postal service can misplace an important document that was registered? My son's identity is involved here. That 800 number suck.service is poor. More answers are needed in my case.. oh come on!!

The worst post office. Staff is rude, obnoxious and lazy. I had a package stolen from this post office by the staff. They tried to say at first that it was not received, then that the mailman had it in his truck, then that it was missing, then that I had already picked it up. When I proved them wrong every which way, they then said it was lost and that I had to contact the sender to replace. Really, you lying, thieving whores? Today I'm waiting on another package and not received it. Getting someone to answer the phone is impossible and when they do, they leave you on hold indefinitely, so that you eventually hang up and if you don't, they then hang up without response. This post office should be shut down and all the clerks fired!

Since I had a little incidente with the mailman he stoped delivering my mail for like one week. I ordered stuff online and my packeges were sitting on the post office for days. We went to get them and the clerk told me they were not there even I had the prove saying they were there ready to pick up, I was so frustrated and mad for the bad attitude and lack of responsibility and professionalism. My husband called to the main office complaining and when we come back home all my stuff was here already, after they told us the stuff was missing. Everything was going back to normal but again I have not get my mail for the last four days, nothing!!! And I was suppose to get a package from Overstack that it was ready to deliver and they just returned it saying that the package was "undeliverable" for any reason. Worse service ever!!!

The women that answer the phone have the nastiest attitudes! They are very, very rude! They aren't much better when you go in person. They need to realize we the public make their jobs possible. With all these emails, faxes and what have you, they should be grateful and more than happy to assist someone on the phone. Not everyone is physically able to come down there and just need a little help. Is that too much to ask?

Heaven on earth, it's a pure joy to do business here. I recommend that u bring all of your friends and family to this Post Office.

Do not ever go here. It is the worst. The staff members are so rude and impolite. The service is really bad, I wouldn't go here even if it was my last resort. Seriously.
