Smoke Express

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

The owner and family member employees are NOT there to truly give you the best customer service possible. I bought a pipe for $10.00 & a Torch lighter for $7.99 (9/15/16)and they stop working the same week I purchased them. Took the Chrome Skull Head Pipe to the owner to see if he could explain how to clean the pipe and he COULDN'T even do that and refuse to replace. So I decided to give his store another chance. This past Saturday (10/8/16) I went in his store to purchase some smoke spray & scent name was "Hippie Love", which they were out. The owner stated that he would have more in 30 minutes, so I waited until yesterday to go pick it up on (10/12/16) and he still did not have the item he PROMISED. I explained why I was in the store and why it wasn't stocked and the OWNER told me it was because he FORGOT! Really? This is how you treat a CUSTOMER and told me in front of other customers that he didn't want me as a customer because I questioned his Customer Service Skills. I VOW to my DYING DAY not to EVER step foot in that FORIEGN STORE & NO ONE ELSE should as well! He is not a smart business owner and doesn't care about Customers. I advise you go down the street to DEEZ SMOKE 4 LESS, he is way nicer and way more PROFESSIONAL. SMOKE XPRESS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON"T GO THERE EVER!!!!

I went in not knowing anything about capes and showed the sales clerk a picture of what I needed showed my the selections and helped me pic out on, the most expensive one. I asked if if it was going to work Garanteed me it would work to close the sale. I went back in because the sales clerk didn't give me proper directions. I left again. He offered me a different one I said if this one does work I want this one. I keft. IT DIDN'T WORK. When I went back in the owner was rude & didn't want to help me at all. He asked why didn't I bring a cartridge in to prove it doesn't work. I kept telling him it work just not for what I have. It's too long. The other clerk Garanteed it wouldn't be. Then he tells me he won't help me bc he doesn't like how I am upset and because I didn't bring my own cartridge in?I asked him why couldn't he test it with one of his? He said the are all sealed. Not true. It's ok, I will take my needs .6 Miles away. He didn't like how" I talked"
