        Excellent service. The customer service is wonderful, technicians and administrative staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I requested service and my television was repaired the next day.

        I do not recommend going here. The repairman does not know what he is doing. They take a long time to figure out what is wrong with my television plus the overcharge on labor. They also never call you to give you any updates. I would have to call them every 3-4 days to see what is going on and each time, they would come up with different problems with my television.
