My simple philosophy is that you should not have to be a celebrity to get justice. I use clear, low, flat fees and provide a client-centered approach to criminal defense. I do not charge extra if you want to exercise your right to a trial. However, my willingness to fight at trial typically means I get good offers from the DA during negotiations.

        I managed to get myself a DUI in Orange County after drinking one night. A friend suggested I tried John Newton and I'm glad I did. He walked me through the process, looked into my case, and really fought for me. He was really patient with me and always took time out to answer my questions. In the end he saved my license and my record so I could continue with nursing school. If I or a friend were ever in trouble I would send them here first!
