I will never, ever eat here or any other Krystal restaurant again in my life. Shame on you guys! I'm serious too, I will never step foot inside one of your restaurants again. Ever.

The RACIST and ANTI POLICE staff refused servie to a police officer in uniform. They even hid in the back to keep from serving him after he came inside from the drive thru to see why he wan't being served. The company tape said other customers were not being served by the BLACK staff - Krystal should release the tape that will probably show the other customers were white. So this may be both a RACIST and ANTI-Police action by Krystal employees - Krystal has not confirmed that ALL of the employees involved have been fired - . My family will not eat at this or other Krystal restaurants unless or until we see these employees fired.

So you say that you are sorry that your employees would not serve a Law Enforcement Officer and when he came inside your employees walked out side. Sorry is not good enough. YOU need to make an example of ZERO TOLERANCE. Fire the manager and all employees that felt they could walk out side and do this. I am sure you will not because you are more worried about the bucks you make. Well from the looks of your reviews you need to do some major changing anyway. That manager need to be gone and AT LEAST the person working the drive through. Get rid of those two and send a message. Please understand that you have already lost more business. No law enforcement or family and friends will be going to your store. You are sad and a poor excuse for a business . Also keep in mind that all L.E.O. can easily find your address so don 't bother calling 911 and God have mercy if your family member has an emergency. KARMA !

Fire the manager and every employee on duty at the time they refused service to a police officer. There is no excuse for their despicable behavior.

A disgrace....the entire staff should be fired for the disrespect towards an officer! Will never set foot in a Krystal's again!!

Never again!! Tired of these A-holes thinking they are making a stand. They're the police! The same people you call when (God forbid) your Krystal is being robbed, or your car is being broken in to, or even worse, when your life is in danger and these folks run TOWARDS the problem rather than away. Yeah, they hem up your friends, but because they're dealing dope or beating their old ladies. That's on you, stupid! Never going to Krystal again, and I'm telling my friends and family to avoid it as well. Great job, folks!

From the first review, I wouldn't stop in there ever. But because this store ignored, and shut out a Law Enforcement Officer, they'd see a cold day in Hades before me, or my family, would ever touch this place with a thousand yard stick!

I don't like the fact they refused to serve police officers. I think the whole staff should be fired.

There seems to be an on going problem with this location. One month ago I stopped at this same location. After standing in line for 15 minutes to place my order, I was informed that there was a shift change. I would have to wait longer. When the shift change did take place, the employee realised she had not clocked in and had to do so. She then claimed she didn't know how to clock in. There is no excuse for incompetence ( Stupidity). The employee needs to find another job. Today I went to the same location. I ordered 1 sweet tea and 3 double Krystal. I was told there was no sweet tea because the truck hadn't ran. Then I got burgers. Theses were not double krstals. They were single Krystal with 2 pieces of Meet on each. More incompetent employees. Upper management out of Chattanooga needs to look at this store and either clean house or shut it down.
