By far the absolute WORST agency under the unbrealla of the great nation of State Farm to deal with. I bought my brand new 2015 car in Nov 2014 only spent 6 months with them. "New car had the hit me sign on it" when ever you have a problem and you need them to call you back as soon as possible they will not call you esp if it is dealing with them refunding your money. They dragged me around for 3 months!!! Called called called no phone call return. Sat outside the office and called and watched the secretary lie and say all agents were busy put me on hold for 15 min because they knew I was calling for my money again.I had to call state farm customer complaint for that branch so they can read my file to me!! The branch wouldn't even do that! I had to threaten to call the number back to see what's the next steps because they refuse to let me know what was going on with my money. This branch is unprofessional and need to close! ASAP! I had to have my new state farm agent from Sumter!! Who has been in our family for years call and verify I have insurance twice and they still did not call me! I love state farm but this branch is a poor representation of State Farm!
