I am a member and absolutely love this place. It's a high energy however you are encouraged to go at your own place. Everyone is pleasant and the instructors are amazing! Looking to sweat? Look no further.

Hands down the best workout I have ever done. The instructors are so welcoming; they make it feel like an intense family gathering instead of a grueling workout. I leave sore but satisfied with a pump that drives me in the next day. 10/10

I was hesitant to join another gym because I have done them all and didn't feel like I belonged. I walked in the door and the welcome was everything. ILKB is an amazing facility. Better than going to the gym. the staff is wonderful and the classes and just AMAZING!!
