Overall

We had a great experience dropping off our vehicle. The dropping off process was seamless. However, I would give this company zero stars based on the picking up process. First off, I called Mega Airport at 10:01pm as spoke to a friendly gentleman. I told him that we needed to be picked up from Allegiant Airlines baggage claim but he stated that I needed to know the terminal. He said it was terminal 3 but I needed to verify. So, I walked downstairs to the baggage claim and walked outside of the terminal. I looked up and saw terminal 3, so I called Mega Airport again at 10:12pm. This time I spoke to a lady. I told her that we needed a ride from terminal 3 and she said that she will send a van to pick us up. She also asked me if we had valet or self-park and I advised her that we had valet parking. We waited for 26 minutes, then my husband called back to get the status of the pickup. He spoke to the same lady that I spoke to but she was very unprofessional and rude. She lied to my husband and told him that I never spoke to her. She said that I spoke to a guy and told him terminal 1. She also told my husband that he better not write a bad review about her. He spent 5 minutes on the phone with this lady. The shuttle came about 10-15 minutes later. We were sitting under the green sign for shuttles and other pickup vehicles. The shuttle stopped prior to where we were sitting and at first the driver (which was the manager) refused to drive down to where we were sitting which was approximately 25 feet. After motioning for several seconds for her to drive down, she finally decided to drive down. My mother in law has difficulty walking and standing and walks with a cane. On top of her lack of mobility, we were traveling in a group of 6 with luggage and found it very unprofessional for the driver to refuse to drive the 25 feet, even after we had been waiting approximately 45 minutes for a ride. When the driver (the manager) got out of the van, she slammed her door and rudely walked to the back of the van to open the doors. We were expressing to her our frustration with the lady on the phone. However, instead of apologizing for the confusion and providing exceptional customer service, as the manager, she began stating that she was the manager and if she was told terminal 3, then she would've been at terminal 3. I couldn't believe how the driver (manager) didn't show any empathy towards us. She kept slamming the doors. She got on the phone while driving and started discussing the incident on the phone. Once again, displaying the nonprofessional and lack of tact of this company. We arrived at Mega Airport and she didn't even speak to our party. To make matters worst, she thanked the other group that rode the van and told them to have a good night! While continuing to ignore and being rude to my group. I feel like we were treated in a discriminatory nature. We deserved much better treatment than we received from Mega Airport. We hope that this review will spark customer service training for the employees and also make you think twice about parking your vehicle at Mega Airport, unless you want to be discriminated against and mistreated.

Overall

At first arriving at Mega airport parking it seemed like a fine place to park. We arrived at 9:00 p.m. and had a 10:35 p.m. flight. On arrival of the parking lot, we told them what time our flight flew out and they told us we would leave shortly. We then waited for 20 min and were the last ones to be dropped off by the shuttle, which caused us to be at the airport and checking in at 9:48, so we were therefore not allowed to check our luggage in and missed our flight. On returning, we waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up to take us back to the parking lot. When we arrived at the parking lot one of the workers ran to get our car. My husband could see that he was having a hard time getting our car out of the tight spot and started to walk down there. As he was walking down there he watched the worker hit the car next to ours. When my husband got even closer to our car he could see that our truck had been also hit in the front bumper. We had a manager come out and he was no help. We had the police come and nothing could be done because it was private property. We received the owners number and never got a call back. So, needless to say we were stuck with $561 in damage. As we looked around many cars had dings and dents in them. It looks like the workers there may just play bumper cars with our vehicles. Also, as we were dealing with a manager another customer approached him about never being picked up from the airport and she had to take a taxi to get to the parking lot. We had two other friends that went on vacation with us and they parked here as well. When they returned one waited 2 hours for the shuttle to pick them up and one waited 20 min then took a taxi and when she arrived they couldn't find her keys. This place it horrible and I would NEVER recommend this parking lot!!!
