I understand your concern to the strict procedure.. but they have been robbed for alot of money worth of hair so i understand the lowkee and strict procedures they practice.. as far as customer service they are hair professionals not costumer service n they been more than nice to me maybe its u.. i have been with this company for years not only personally but through business as well NO COMPLAINTS EVER.. I've been more of a Quality Vs. Quantity type person and here u get BOTH The hair is thick and natural looking using this same hair since 2010 i've pressed curled died cut over and over again it has yet to shed or stiff up and thin out i can honestly say THE BEST HAIR I'VE SEEN IN SO CALI!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PATRO...

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!! THEY ARERUDE AND RACIALLY BIASED & HAVE AN "F" RATING WITH THE BBB. September 2011, I called this store to inquire about there hair. A lady answered the phone by saying "Hi" with no formal greeting or the name of the store. I found this to be very odd. She was reluctant to give me any information on there hair & said I needed an appointment. Surprisingly, there is no sign with their company name on it and the entrance was in the back of the building. This was another very odd thing about this business. After I was buzzed in, I sat at the table and was informed that I had to fill out a contact form and show ID & then a customer service person came over to help me. This is another very odd & strange practice of a hair business. The situation gets more strange & unbelievable in the next 2 minutes. After asking the customer service rep about a particular hair, she was unaware of the price of the hair and went to the back to ask the owner. While she was in the back, I left my purse in my seat and browsed the racks looking at other textures & colors of hair. I never touched any of the hair, I was only looking at the hair. There were 3 other people in the room with me at this time. A worker upstairs, another customer service rep and an old East Indian man whom I understand now is the owner. The VERY RUDE owner went off on me stating that I cannot go near the hair (that is out in the open and not behind any counter) and that only a customer service rep can help me. He then stated that he has had too many problems and I should have my hairdresser come and pick out the hair for me. Excuse me? I stated to him (nicely) that I do my own hair and simply want to look at different hair. He yelled at me and said, "Well you can't touch the hair and that's our policy". I asked him "Are you serious? You cannot treat everybody like a criminal just because you've had a few bad experiences". He yelled at me again and said if I didn't like it to leave...we have 45,000 customers already"! The two hispanic customer service reps looked at me as if they've witnessed his psychotic rants before. If they indeed have 45,000 customers then why are you still in a predominately African American neighborhood? The answer to that is simple, because the majority of their client base are African Americans and this establishment needs to start showing more respect to their customers. I'm surprised that they are even still in business. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!! By the way, they have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. I can probably save my time filing yet another complaint with them about this business.

Wonderful

The hair is wonderful. I don't have to worry about it becomming stiff or shedding over time. I purchased my hair a year ago (boy did I get my moneys worth). A friend of my went to another place where they claimed to have Indo Asian hair at a really cheap price but her hair is stiff, has no body, no shine, no nothing but a waste of time and money. She hates it. It's been in her hair for about a month now. I guess it's like the saying gos "You get what you pay for". I bet she'll listen to me next time.
