Absolute worst service I've ever received from any business I've ever been to. I gave them my 4 cylinder engine to clean and inspect and asked them to hone/bore the cylinder walls as necessary. It took them over 3 weeks to return my engine to me after I asked them what was taking so long (I was extremely polite). Not only did I get scolded by the owner with name calling, they didn't bore the cylinders as needed, and they installed new freeze plugs which I did not ask for. I left there with a few hundred dollar bill, and a still unusable engine. I wouldn't recommend anybody do business here.

Know what they are doing. Specs are always spot on. Haven't had any issues as far as machining. Have had some small issues with detail concerning detail and once had an issue with wrong pistons being ordered which left me having to run race fuel v/s premium on the street. Honest mistake though, book pistons were ordered from was confusing concerning that particular part number. These two issues is why I gave them 4 stars, but to be clear I trust their work. Always spot on!

I put in a call to Quinlin Automotive Inc at the recommendation of a service shop when they were unable to fix my problem. I explained my problem over the telephone & received great information about the likely solution and an honest answer as to whether or not they could fix it. I took a chance that they could help and they worked me in to accommodate my schedule. The employees were kind and knowledgeable, and the service was quick. 40 minutes later, I was on the road with a car like new! I would recommend this machine shop to anyone!

I had a bushing and crank machined by Quinlan for an old motorcycle, and they made a mistake by honing the bushing crooked, which isn't that big of a deal, but when I went in to see if they could fix it, the owner immediately started yelling at me, throwing a tantrum, and I honestly thought he was going to assault me. I took my motor and left as quickly as I could, after being threatened. Their mistake has cost me hundreds of dollars and countless lost hours trying to remedy the problem. Stay away!
