Quail Creek Mobile Home Park

I am single mature lady who has lived in Quail Creek for about eight years. I am selling my double wide Not because of a loud neighborhood or speeding cars BUT for I am looking to downsize and plan on staying with the Cohrons for they truly care about their communities and the families who live within and will stretch out to help if need be. By the way, I have never been afraid to live in my area. A great family owned property with a good heart. I truly suggest that you come n visit for I bet you’ll also write a review like mine!!!

This is not a safe place for families people speed like crazy through here, and when I mentioned speed bumps to the property manager and Matt Cohron I was bluntly told no. They are very over priced we received property tax information that valued our home at $12,000 we payed 21,000. They are vultures who prey on poor people with bad financial situations and will gladly put you in a home you can't afford knowing they have your very large down payment. If you plan on staying here or any of their many properties plan to put in security lights, a security system, and stay in at night. Buyer Beware!
