I would give 0 stars if it were an option. If your best interest is the patient/your loved one.. I highly recommend steering clear of this Home Health Care Company. They make referrals on your behalf, but provide incorrect phone numbers to the referrals which obviously results in no phone calls. The social worker will show up at your home, upset your loved one and then contact APS with false allegations. The weekend on call nurse is a psychic and is able to determine a patient's condition, despite ever meeting them based on a 60 second phone call. A 45 minute driver is too much so you'll automatically be referred to the emergency room, despite requesting a nurse. I left a voicemail a week ago today and am still waiting for someone to return my call.
