I guess I was a bit more lucky that these other ladies because someone actually spoke to me. However, everything thing they said sounded insincere and rehearsed. When she was "helping me" with a dress I was spoken down to and repeatedly stuck with needles. I made the mistake of ignoring all this because they had the dress I wanted. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! After my dress came I went in to try it on. I barely saw the woman "helping me". She even tried to sell me a veil that looked yellow next to my dress insisting that it was the perfect color. Later, I called in and ordered a bridesmaid dress for a friend who lives out of state. A month after that I wanted to double check it was ordered in the right color (my BMs are in different colors). It was then I was told they had not sent in the order. I had to order it again. 2 weeks later I got a call from the owner and she said it would not be in on time for my wedding, they would have to rush order it and that would cost an extra $15. She asked if it was okay to charge my card. I argued with her on the phone for 45 minutes because even though they made a mistake causing the need for a rush order, she refused to pay for it since my bridesmaids already got 20% off from me purchasing my dress there. The woman yelled at me over the phone and treated me like trash. Even if they have your dream dress for $1, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! It's not worth it.

I have never been treated so poorly in a retail store! We had made an appointment days in advance to look at dresses and arrived right on time.There were 2 employees at the front desk. We allowed them to finish what they were doing, then told them our name and that we had an appointment. One of the employees looked up from her paperwork and said nothing and returned to her papers. The other employee said we'll be right with you. From that point on not one person spoke to us. We had pulled some dresses to try on...asked if we could use one of the empty dressing rooms...then proceeded to try at least 20 different dresses. No one spoke to us or helped us in any way, even though we were all one area and they had to walk around us several times. I might excuse this behavior, to some extent, if we hadn't made an appointment,but under the circumstances their conduct was rude and totally uncalled for. Under the current economic conditions you would think they would bend over backwards for customers. I would not recommend this shop to anyone nor would I ever order dresses or any other merchandise from them.

You know the scene in Pretty Woman where Julia Roberts goes into the fancy store and is treated incredibly rudely by the salespeople? That describes the experience of trying to shop here.



I took the time to make an appointment and showed up early for it. I was completely ignored by everyone working the front desk. I was told they'd be with me in "just a minute" and looked at as the person answered the phone instead of talking to me!



The entire time we were in the store, only one salesperson spoke to us and that is because we approached her. They were the rudest people I have ever encountered in a store. I don't care if they have a good selection of dresses, I would rather drive from Indianapolis to Cincinnati to shop instead of going in this store again.



I would not recommend this store to anyone and my only advice is to stay far away!!!
