Overall

I recently bought two sets of mattresses from Kittles Rooms Express...a queen and full size set. The full size set is great, but the mattress on the queen set is as hard as a brick. It's like sleeping on a box spring. The same mattress in the store was great, that's why I purchased it. They won't exchange it. As far as they're concerned, it's my problem now that they've sold it. If you're thinking about purchasing a mattress, stay away from Kittles Rooms Express.

Me and my wife were looking for new living room furniture in early December and fell in love with a rather expensive sectional. We ordered it (same color and style as the one on the showroom floor) and paid in full that day. We were told it would be delivered early January. Mid January came and went and when I called to ask about it they said there was a delay in manufacturing and we should have it by early February. Early February came and went and after my second phone call they said we need to wait until early March due to the manufacturing delay. After explaining my frustration about not receiving any notification of the delays to every employee I talked to (four including the store manager) they all said it was not part of their job and blamed another employee (who also said it was not them). I still have no idea if there is even a policy in place to let expecting customers know if the delivery is going to be delayed (even after waiting 4 months). At this point I am fully expecting for March to pass us by without a phone call or delivery. You are better off going with another company.



Update: Guess what...still no couch. I have been in contact with the corporate customer servers manager at this point who tells me this problem will be corrected. She tells me she will "call me tomorrow" with an update. 24 hours later still NO CALL!! This seems to be a company wide problem. if/when I hear from her I will let her know to keep the couch and we expect a full refund. Please go shop at other locations!
