Kapp's Flowers

NEVER NEVER SHOP AT THIS PLACE! THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST FLOWERSHOPS I HAVE EVER SHOPPED AT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THE REASON I SAY THIS IS BECAUSE I CALLED TO HAVE SOME FLOWERS ORDER FOR MY MOTHER ON MOTHERS DAY, BECAUSE I LIVE OUT OF TOWN. I SPOKE WITH A MAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE. HE INFORMED ME THAT HE RECOMMENDED THAT I GO TO TELEFLORA WEBSITE TO REVIEW WHAT I WANT TO ORDER AND THEN THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO ORDER WHAT I SEE ON THEIR WEBSITE (BECAUE THEY DIDN'T HAVE A WEBSITE) AT THE SAME COST. AFT ER I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED. HE SAID, THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE ME THE VASE THAT IT SHOWED. HE THEN STATED THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE ME THE DOZEN OF ROSES THAT IT SHOWED, THEN HE SAID THAT HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE ME THE COLORS THAT IT SHOWED, AND THEN HE STATED THAT HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE ME THE PRICE IT SHOWED BECAUSE THAT'S TOO LOW AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT SELL IT FOR THAT PRICE. HE CALLED THE MANAGER,HER NAME IS KAREN AND SHE INFORMED HIM THAT HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE WHAT IT SHOWED ON THE THE WEBSITE. HE TOLD ME THAT. WHEN I ASKED FOR HIS NAME HE WAS VERY RUDE, DID NOT GIVE ME HIS NAME AND THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE. I CALLED BACK TO GET HIS MANAGERS NAME AND PHONE #. HE GAVE IT TO ME. I THEN CALLED HER AND TO MY SURPRISE SHE WAS ALSO VERY RUDE AND THEN SHE HUNG UP BEFORE I HAD A CHANCE TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENEND. THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND I WILL BE TALKING WITH THE CORPORATE OWNER, CEO, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OR WHOMEVER IS IN CHARGE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE IN BUSINESS. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I GIVE THIS BUSINESS A 0 START RATING BUT THIS SYSTEM WOULDNT LET ME. SO I WILL HAVE TO GIVE IT A STAR IN ORDER FOR THE SYSTEM TO EXCEPT IT.

We do not recommend Kapp's Flowers. The flowers were delivered on the wrong day, and left at the wrong house!! The florist did not call either phone number she had to notify us of the problem or ask what to do. We were not satisfied with the quality, quantity or condition of the flowers once we retrieved them from the neighbor's house. The flower bouquet did not match the bouquet that we selected from a book while ordering. There were less flowers than we were led to believe would be included. When we tried to phone the owner of the florist shop to resolve the issue, she was extremely rude and would not listen to our complaint. She hung up on us multiple times. When we went into the store to discuss it in person, the owner threatened to call the police even though we were not being threatening or violent. The issue has not been resolved because the owner refuses to communicate with us.
