Modern society is on a very slippery slope. Just Cookies- you are caught right in the middle of that. Please know there are many of us praying for you. You took a stand. You are not alone. Daniel wouldn't stop praying and Eric Liddell wouldn't run on Sunday. Or how about J.Matt Barber, who was fired as Manager of Allstate Insurance Agency in Illinois because he wrote an article during his time off regarding marriage between a man and a woman and his Christian beliefs.
Stay the course- you are not alone and you have many supporters!

Way to go, for sticking to your beliefs. It actually sounds like your were set-up, after all, they went into a cookie place and asked for cupcakes, and specifically mentioned the event that the CUPCAKES were for. You can't tell me you weren't targeted.
This exact type situaltion is happening all over the country, it's not by accident...it's what Bullies do! Stand firm and be wise to what they are trying to do.

I felt led to say that I totally support your decision! As business owners I feel we have the right to say no to someone asking us to display our products or use them for events that are contrary to our belief system. You did the right thing. I will pray that God will give you peace, comfort, wisdom, and support from those around you to make it through these next days.
Be proud of what you have done. Your daughter will be proud of you! If I lived closer, I would tell every friend I had to go and buy cookies from your shop!! Too bad you aren't closer to Colorado.
Blessings to you!

i want to applaud you for sticking by your beliefs. it would not have been a good example to your girls or anyone else. the gay community will not stop forcing this down our throats until we start biting into them. now i want some cookies, what do say?

Last time I checked most business all around America have signs up saying we reserve the right to turn anyone away and no one has a problem with it! Good for them to honestly take a stand!

They refused to serve their product to a group of kids who happen to be gay. You can see the story at cnn.com or on Fox59's website. If you own a business you should be willing to sell the product to whoever purchases it. Just because your different doesn't make you better than anyone else. I'm ashamed!!
