They DID quote me $165, and that’s what I left. However, the fact remains that they did NOT send me proof of the quote. I did not receive a copy of the chat session nor did I receive an e-mail confirmation.

I DID NOT expect the job to be done for $130. (As a matter of fact, I thought $165 was cheap.)

When asked how dirty the house was on a scale of 1 to 10, I think I said 5 or 6 but that things were very dusty. I didn’t say the condition was good but I wouldn’t call that TERRIBLE either. I did tell them not to worry about the carpet because it WAS terrible and I was going to do that on my own. (That in itself had to be a time saver for them.)



They DID NOT CONTACT ME and that was the main reason I was not happy. I didn’t know any of this until I got home and called to ask why the job wasn’t finished. If they had called, perhaps a negotiation could have been reached and things could have been settled an agreeable manner for all concerned.

By the way, there was more than just the dining room and laundry room that wasn’t cleaned; I didn’t notice those rooms since I was more concerned about the kitchen and bathrooms which weren’t finished. Furthermore, I didn’t even bring up those rooms in my phone call.

Let this be a lesson, NEVER agree to anything over a chat session and always get any kind of service agreement in WRITING.

I will try to remain professional here however this woman is simply lying. She contradicts herself several times and in some cases is simply lying. Not only is she in direct violation of our company's non-disclosure policy, she is now in violation of YP's Terms of Use by posting another review in an attempt to rebuttal our facts in her original review. An attempt to try to cause a lower rating to our company's fantastic reputation, no doubt. To respond again to her bogus claims and lies, this customer is clearly mistaken. She was in fact contacted. All of our calls are recorded and this customer was contacted the same time her cleaners were in her home and left her a voicemail. She then later states in her response she didn't bring those rooms up in "MY PHONE CALL". She can sit here and continue to lie and state she was not contacted, however we have her call recorded. So if she would like to contact our office and speak with one of the owners and hear a copy of this call, she is welcome to call. Anyone else who believes her slanderous review is also welcome to contact us and hear the conversation as well. We have nothing to hide and will protect our company's good name and great reputation and if that means uploading the conversation onto our testimonial page, we will. Mrs. "Wznhpl" you should be ashamed of yourself for posting such lies and thinking we would not have your call documented.

I hired this service for a basic cleaning for a 1200 sq ft house and was quoted $165 over a chat session. When I got home, the job was half done. They claimed I didn't leave enough money, but never sent me a copy of the chat session to prove it, nor did they leave me a receipt as promised. They offered to send someone out to finish the job only if I forked out more money. I said no thanks.

This customer is correct. She was quoted a certain amount and upon arrival (she was not present for her clean) she did not leave the correct amount ($35.00 short) We attempted to contact her and she said she understood that our company would cut 45 minutes off of her time and two areas would not be cleaned as a result. She did not want to pay the $35.00 difference. As in any situation such as this, our crew took before and after pictures of her home and the phone call with her was recorded. She mislead our Live Chat about the condition of her home and stated it was in GOOD condition when in fact it was in TERRIBLE condition. We told her we would gladly return if any of the areas SHE PAID FOR where not up to standards, but she complained the only areas not up to standard were the areas she did not pay for....WHY would we send our crew back to clean areas of her home she did not pay for? She was looking to save $35.00 and get work completed for free and when our company refused she posted this very one sided and misleading review. Let this be a lesson, if you are quoted a certain amount and do not pay the amount you were quoted, our company's time originally quoted will be decreased and you could end up in this situation. Our company charges for what areas we clean and how long we will be in the home cleaning. When you do not pay the amount we quote, we will not clean those areas. (BTW: the only areas not cleaned were a small dining room and a laundry room) Over the phone this customer said "Oh, okay, I'm sorry. I thought it was only $130.00 for the clean. It's my fault. I'm sorry"
