DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give ZERO STARS! Before I made my second BIWEEKLY payment, my rear differential began pouring fluid onto my driveway. Drive Time has been LESS THAN helpful. The tires on my car are junk. Drive Time had to know that before they sold me the vehicle, because if it sits for 2 days, the tires are flat. I have to air them up every day. The brakes rotors also need to be replaced. Apparently, these things are not items on the checklist of that THOROUGH inspection they do before they sell a vehicle. Carlos at Drive Time Customer Relations is arrogant and has an attitude like "it's my way or the highway." Obviously, none of their employees have been trained in customer service. I'll be calling my attorney today. I think I'll go picket in front of their dealerships also. Anyone want to join?
