DHL

This DHL location is full of wonderful excuses! I ordered cell phones through AT&t and they had the phones sent on 2nd day delivery. Well its the 2nd day and they promise the package by 5, and its now 6. so i called the DHL phone number and they said they would have the Indianapolis store call us and ready our package. (already mad because i would have to drive to Indy when it was supposed to be delivered) and they promised to call back. 20 min. later no response so i call back. They now tell me that they don't know where this package is.. they say it "could" be on a truck or it "could" be in they're warehouse. wow. they cant find a package? so then i call the actually warehouse. go figure? no answer.. i have been repeatedly calling for 10min. and no one is answer. wow. DHL sucks. and the reason for all this confusing is that "they are undermanned" that's pretty obvious. since they have no one to answer the phone. so i would definitely not recommend this company!
