Dawson's Village Apartments

We have lived in Dawson village for a year and a half And we are so happy to be gone. They over charge on your rent including 3 a day late fees if you don't have your balance under 50 on the 3rd of every month. They added a water bill to everyone without desperate meters but they won't do anything about the roaches and make you live with them without warning. They enter without permission even when your not home and have left the key in my door while I was out of town. This place is a joke

For the price these apartments are a good deal. I moved in last year in August and I will be renewing my lease again. It is a quiet community. Lots of green space. I have a dog so she really enjoys being able to run around.

Nice little place to live. It is set in the middle of a neighborhood back just south of raymond between state and keystone. I have lived here for about 7 months. It is clean, and for the most part quiet. I am happy with choosing this apartment.
